Bill C-36 is Federal law proposed/passed by PC's Peter Macay. (Sex trade is illegal all the way. Bill C-36 added that Johns will be prosecuted too). Why Wynn made a public statement like this? Hmm ..... think about it.
[Federal law costing Provinces' cost of execution? And chances of success cases? And how many sex-workers had been put in jail under sex related law ..... which costing provinces money?]
