Finally, to answer your question. NO. The website was down due to server overload error. Nothing to do with Bill C-36. To even ask this question is idiotic. Next time your computer crashes, is it because Bill C-36? Next time you sneeze is that Bill C-36? OMG, use your brain please!

Ben gor, take it easy on the guy la.  Sounds like whoring is really big with him as like it is to most of us in this forum, but alot of wolves are still scared and dont understand that they can still go do as they wish as long as they are more careful which is causing them to ask more repeated question than usaul.
