I'll just keep hunting as usual. I don't think its going to be any riskier than it is now. If you look deeper beyond the surface, you will understand the politics at play. Harper is making a desperate bid to appeal the conservatives, feminists, and religious voter base. Thats all it is. New law is going to be tough on paper but isn't going to be enforced anymore than it is now. We have really strict gun laws and drug laws too. Yet the cops only do a bust every now and then to meet their quotas, the criminals get a slap on the wrist punishment, and life goes on. Trust me, we aren't anywhere near the top of the priority list for the LE.
