honestly, this bill is a huge deterrent.....

A bill that punishes johns with a criminal record , and jail time is pretty serious here

Granted, yes there was a bill like this before, but now it gets serious

If this bill passes, I'm prolly gone

Many blokes don't understand the seriousness and gravity of the Bill.   This Bill was design to go after the demand side not supplier side.
