According to that MM, she said once your own boss become your customer, the work environment becomes chaotic, other MMs in the same garage would be very unhappy about their boss' choice to pick a particular MM, and it also affects that keeper's relationships with his "employees". And since the escort business circle is small in Toronto, the news/rumors of the keeper's behavior will spread out rather quickly.
I would add one more to this topic, many MMs would rather pick a woman keeper despite of poor workplace conditions(HB/old Becky house/SG, 3000VP etc.)based on the reasons I just mentioned.
