关于吃药问题？

老哥这种情况还是休息一下，吃药一般是放大效果，如果身体本身不适，就算吃药强上也很勉强。倒不需要焦虑，越想越是自己吓自己，调整下身心，闭关一阵，身体休息好了就会自动涌出欲望催你约妹

感谢各位老哥的关心和提醒，确实需要好好修养修养了，估计接下去一段时间就闭关了。

另外更新一下药效：第一次吃50mg伟哥不怎么好用半软不硬的，又试了一次吃了100mg，结果很好，硬起来了，戴套攻城略地最后一蹴而就。看来家医推荐25g或者50g太保守。

更新：把prescription转到了costco pharmacy，重新买了一小盒要，4片只要17。shoppers太坑了，4片80。以后不再shoppers拿药了

建议大家买双效的，我比较年轻我一般就吃1/4片。因为觉得自己快，结果第一次吃了半片根本射不出来。

很多时候年轻人硬度不够和心理有关，有没有老狼可以提提建议呢
自己在家一个人模拟就硬的不行，到了小姐床上就半硬不硬，最后只能软的进去

There are 2 problems usually.

1. At home the environment is very relaxing. But, when you go for appointment, the environment and attitude of the girl may not be very comfortable and does not make you relax enough. When you feel uncomfortable or anxious it's hard to maintain erection

2. In porn videos, girls looks very beautiful with great body. But, when you go for appointment hardly any girls are as good looking as the girls in porn videos. So, you feel less excited seeing her face and body.

Point 1 I would very agree.
About point 2 strange things happen to me when I see not so pretty girls I get much harder than prettier ones, very pretty girls I often only soft, Indys I can get half hard, could it because seeing pretty MMs make me anxious maybe lol?

同意demon兄提到的第一点，确实我也发现，其实约MM的时候，有时候前戏不足，再加上没有足够的熟悉感，会让人觉得没有那么放松，确实有时候会影响体验

要的话，其实也有些副总用，有时候会头痛和心跳加速，还是不建议吃药

我觉得要硬的持久主要是要注意休息和放松，大部分时候其实是心里因素，不是物理上的问题
