Your concern is valid.

What I usually do - at the begining of the session, I pay the girl the usual hourly fee and then we go for the usual shower routine. When I am at the shower I do pay attention to how thorougly girl cleaned herself.

Then when we move to the bed, I explore her body and carefully observe her skin and vagina condition and smell. If I am satisfied with her hygiene then only I bring the question about BBFS and if any extra amount required for that.

If you happen to get appointment earlier in the day you will probably get her much fresher.

Also, if I am doing NC, after we finish I excuse myself to the washroom and pee so that all germs that I just got from her get out of my body.
