是啊，幽门螺杆菌挺可怕的。超过80%的带病者是潜伏，非常隐蔽的传播方式。

传染途径可能为口口或粪口传播，但这种传播方式一直缺乏证据支持，没有证据显示可以从感染者口腔和粪便中分离到活的具有感染力的幽门螺杆菌；另外，随着人们普遍卫生习惯和饮食习惯的改善，理论上上述传播途径导致幽门螺杆菌的传播应该大大下降，但目前幽门螺杆菌的自然感染率并没有呈现下降的趋势。因此，幽门螺杆菌的传播方式依然是个谜。

非常同意JJ兄的看法，确实与其道听途说，真的不如去搜一下专门信息，无套口，口爆，DFK，哪个都有风险，就连蹭到不干净的床单都有风险

我觉最安全的就是减少肢体接触，只做最基本的，但是我感觉很少有狼友能做到，就连MM没有DFK很多狼友都觉得服务不好

i dont do any oral sex. but for me DFK or LFK is the main reason i go see escorts, without DFK or LFK its almost completely pointless.

i used google and chatGPT to come up with a "list of STIs from A to Z" and there are about 15 things. most are curable, but the ones that aren't curable are the following:

1. herpes,
2. HPV (can be prevented with vaccine)
3. HIV
4. Hepatitis B (can be prevented with vaccine)

the most serious one being HIV which can lead to AIDS. HIV has no vaccine and condoms dont guarantee protection 100%, but its the best way to prevent it. good thing is HIV cannot be passed via kissing, however it can be passed via oral sex (albeit lower risk than vaginal/anal sex).

there are a bunch of other STIs you can get from oral sex, but many are curable. herpes and HPV are the incurable STIs that can both be passed via oral sex.

i never thought much about these plethora of STIs, just assumed wearing a condom was good enough. im probably gonna go get my vaccines for HPV and hepatitis B before my next visit.

Definitely take the Gardasil 9 vaccine for HPV prevention and also Hepatitis A & B vaccine.

There is no cure for Herpes but you can mange outbreaks through medication Acyclovir.

If you are worried about HIV, book an appointment with STI clinic and see if PrEP medication would be good for you.
