Why do you think mm collect money first before the session for NEW client.
1. make sure the guy got money to spend.
2. If client turns out to be LE, you just gracefully tip mm for companionship, haha.

There's no use warning about her. Next time she'll advertise under a different name and phone number. Just don't hunt on Leolist or shitty advertising sites like those with no oversight, because there are tons of similar scammers like this one.
