Lydia: Where u from?
Me: Taiwan.
Lydia: wow. I am from Okinawa, very near Taiwan. (w/ a big smile.)
Me: oh~~ok.
[Then we went silent for about 10 seconds.]
Me: Are u an okinawa native?
Lydia: no. my ancester came from Tokyo. (she became a bit defensive in her voice.)
Me: oh......I thought Japanese treat okinawa people differently.
Lydia: (she became even more defensive) Ya.....okinawa people speak a different language. But okinawa is still a part of Japan....

well.....our little chit chat almost turned into a small political debate. I almost single handly killed the mood for what I was there for......lol.....Not suprisingly, I didnt get a royal treatment from her. And she is too petite for my liking anyway.

But to be fair tho, she was quite professional and finished the oil change and routine check up with a smile. The website pics are real. In person, her face looks very much like Park Jiyeon of korean girl group T-ARA. Not astonishing pretty but very cute nevertheless. Overall I will give her a rating of 8.
