What is the normal tip you bros give?

Hey bros....I'm new in the game and I wonder what you bros tip everytime? I did a couple of $10 tips and the girls didn't seem unsad or anything. BTW are tips required?

I rarely tip unless the MM really gave exceptional service.

It all depends on whether you satisfy her service or not, tip ranges between 0 to $20 for hh booking. However, even without any tips, MMs are well compensated for their services. Not too many brothers visit them are able to make as much money as they do. Assume they work 8 hours a day and 20 days a month.
Each hh session would take 45 minutes(15 min. for clean up etc). Maximun 10 clients a day.
$140 x 0.7(they are not always fully booked) x 0.7(0.3 for Employers) x 10 x 20 days=$13720 per month tax free, thats $27440 before tax(tax bracket for high income is about 50%). Please tell me if you make $27440 per month or $328800 annually!

i never give tips.  the session is already expensive enough.  what is the point, the MM will think that u are rich and try rip u off more next time they see you.

Rule of thumb: if you want to repeat her, pay tips, otherwize save the money for next mm.

When there is 150 or 160 mm, tips is build in already.
A meal is about a day's salary after tax for most hunters  Budget your hunting trips
wizely will make this hobby sustainable. Miss five will help your budget too.
