Angel spa has 1 young girl last time i saw. No FS for sure though unless u offer top dollar which i doubt is worth it.

Most likely just rumours, perhaps even spread by the owner themselves, to lure customers.

If looking for FS just go for incalls. You will not find young girls doing FS in spas. If you are lucky, you might find EITHER a young girl, OR a C9 willing to offer FS (usually for much higher price than regular incall), but you won't be able to find BOTH (a young girl that is also willing to provide FS).
