These are big drops but it’s really only erasing recent gains. Still not devastating. I think it will slide more into 2024

这也不是买家市场啊。

大部分人都要贷款的现在这么高的利率也不敢贷款。可能真正拿到实惠的只有不用贷款买房的土豪了。

the only reason the markets are not crashing are because people are stuck in gridlock with high rates. doesn’t make sense to sell, only to get hit with insane payments on your upgrade

不會崩盘的。每年有那麽多新移民，租金不會怎麽跌。租金不跌，價格就不會大跌。終歸還是Supply & Demand 的問題
