以前熬夜太多，脱发挺明显的，这段时间考虑着等国内疫情限制不严的话回国植发，毕竟国内便宜的不是一点半点，但是最近听朋友说这边植发其实价格也不是太离谱，所以问问有没有哪个大佬在这边做过植发咨询下是个什么价格？

As counter productive as it sounds against conventional thinking, if your hair is just thinning or have a decent amount left.  Try not shampooing at all, just wash with water.  Yes it sounds gross but it works for some people as you are not washing away your natural oils hence keeping your scalp healthy which promotes growth.
There is even a reddit group on this call r/NoPoo, and no it has nothing to do with no 2 lol.

我前一阵子用了Rogaine 效果挺好的。但是对于已经掉了而且收起的毛孔无效。这个药水对头发开始变细毛孔开始缩小但还没关闭的情况很有显而易见的效果。

Rogaine我用了效果不大，感觉和人的体制有关。。。

Finasteride can help halt the progression of hair loss, Rogaine/Minoxidil essentially restarts the hair growth process, but first you shed and then it starts regrowing.  If you stop either, the processes in your body causing hair loss still exist so it will still progress.  Once you start Rogaine, you have to keep it up to keep the hair gained.  Micro-rolling can help open up closed pores, just can't over-do it.

Many start Rogaine, but don't keep it up when the progress or side-effects kick in, thus resulting in a net negative effect. But once you are on it, it's for life if you want to keep that hair.  It's important to figure out if your skin will react to Rogaine, so a safe place to test your sensitivity is any areas you'd like to grow hair in your facial hair.  As you won't lose hair you didn't have already there.  And if your skin reacts, it's easy to tell there.

I've had friends go to Turkey for the transplanting process and it is rather affordable there.

and that's doesn't treat the cause, it simply moves hair around.  Best results use both transplants in heavy loss, and a combo of the drugs.  It's a commitment.

I think Turkey was $1 for hair compared to the $3 for my friends.

If you don't address the cause of the hair loss. It continues.

Keeping up the Rogaine will help you keep any area that has lost.  You will be using it and maybe micro rolling to keep it for the rest of your life to try and keep it.

The people who quit the drugs, typically will lose more.  So it is a commitment.
