There is no "best" to be honest. Just pick the one that is cheapest or if you have a preference of a company as them to price match a cheaper provider. You are going to have to do the leg work and shop around OR find a trusted broker, even then most are not looking out for your best interest.

我最早2014用TD, 但是TD几乎每年涨价。续约了一两次之后换belairdirect. 从那时用到现在完全没涨价过。而去今年反而还减价了。出国一次total loss理赔也还顺利。理赔金额也可以。感觉整体还行吧。

身边的人都用的TD，我用的aviva，这家我当时出车险扯皮了很久，但是后面打钱很干脆，直接给现金而不是给修车额度
