You need prescription. Either talk to your doctor or if you don't feel comfortable doing that then try ordering online like Felix or Upguys. Doctors calls you and gives you prescriptions. Buy it from them then ask them to ship it to whatever addres you want.
It's most effective for the first 4 hours. Within 24 hours it is completely out of your body.
Most of the time after the first shot my jj is still rock hard I can go right away for a 2nd round.
