It's hard to say. The price already came down quite a bit but still has room to go down more. But I don't think it will go down too much any more. Maybe wait for a half year and see.

Another factor is borrowing money is more pricy now.  As long as your finances supports it, go for it.  Timing the market is extremely hard.
