No, many SPA's have MPA's that do BBBJ, however even more MPA's will not partake,,,,, unless you repeat. Give you something a little extra every time you go see them. It's so competitive. Even VIP has me confused as it states (under one girl anyway) she can do BBBJ for cheaper? Does that mean the "all in" price is not all in? Sure sounds like that to me.
