I agree with you that will be fun, but don't let those garage catch what neck.
You can try contact mms individually if you do have someone familiar. Ensure no drug and NOT distribute your neighbor. Else the party got tossed really not good.

I did complain a guy who brought friends for party at 3:00 AM. The open the door and playing drums. Dame loud, I cannot stand finally call the security. Are you living in the penthouse? If your party can finish before 1:00 AM and not TOO loud. Usually you will play save and really have fun. Wish you get your party on the road.
