What are you talking about? It's Katie (not Katy or Kitty). Katie never left, I always recognize her voice when she answer the phone. She can be testy sometimes. Heck, I got yelled at a few times by her. LOL. But I don't take it personally, I just brush it off.

I had similar experience weeks ago for the appointment with K.
The girl told me K was busy had to wait two hours. I was OK and then hang around for two hours in DT. When met K, I asked whether she was busy but K told me she was not busy at all during those two hours?? She was even more angry than me. I think the girl might be very busy and messed up the girls' name since MW is the mass production K services in Toronto now.
