一段有趣的往事

以前有个妹子 非常有趣 每次吃完饭 她都从冰箱里拿出来一盒冰冻的酸梅 作为“饭后甜点”
有一次
我问她 能不能给我一粒
她说好
咬下去的那一瞬间 我立刻后悔了
因为实在是太酸了
这妹子 的习惯
也是醉了
自从那一次 我给她去取了一个外号:小酸梅
饭后一粒 雷打不动
她为什么喜欢酸 而不是甜 这么多年来我始终百思不得其解

How about Small Basket Dumpling with ginger and vinegar?
And Steamed Crab with Vinegar and ginger.

Why do they not use it with Sushi???

sushi always raw and cold. never hot and cooked too much

no vinegar, just washibi and soy sauce.

japan has crab meat too, but it is cooked in a radically way from the chinese way and 龙虾 too
japan also has dumplings ,almost the same with chinese style.
they have 包子 with red bean in it called 和果子.
more delicate than chinese 包子

和果子 in japan is many levels higher than the chinese dessert.
chinese way Still needs to be improved
much much more pretty and delicate. there is a J store in the states selling those





in taiwan
唐合家 is a store selling that,
do not know whether it is made by japanese though.
