It won't drop. The prices in Toronto is already almost the lowest you can get within North America and Europe. If the demand and price falls anymore, Kimchis will just write off Toronto from their work locations list. Even the local MMs will move on to other more lucrative money makers like trying to find sugar daddies.

They have jail sentences for drinking and driving too. These jail sentences rarely ever get handed down. The main purpose of it is for the prosecutor to scare the defendant into accepting a guilty plea on a lesser charge. If you ever fought a traffic ticket in court you'll know how it works.
Prosecutor always says something like: You are being charged for going 27km/h over the speed limit. That is a $400 penalty and 3 demerit points. I'll lower it to 9km/h over the speed limit with $50 penalty and no demerit points if you accept a guilty plea.
The police dont have resouces to go after average johns. But they are very likely to raid a few big targets to set an example and scare johns aways. Just so they can show their works and dedications to those stupid politicians. So I say after dec 6 my wolf brothers should hibernate for a while, specially staying away from 5xxx building. There is no bigger target than that particular building in Toronto at the present time.

The Prosecutors will say, "He was 6" to 7" in the wrong hole. I will ask your Lordship (the presiding judge) to pass a sentence of shortening the culprit to 3", & the Crown will drop the case."
