Well, from my experience of hobbying since the 1990s, the bbfs has always been there.

If you frequent the same MM several times in couple of months, and that they know you have seen others in the same shop, they would do more to "keep" you.

If you go for it, they will let you and talk trash later =)

It happens to both asian and western shops.

Yes, they do. First, you have to be their regular. Second, the girl must like you or enjoy the time with you.
I am seeing two Korean girls regularly with BBFS. We are really connected and they know I am taking PreP regularly.
There’s another Korean girl in the SPA offering BBFS too. But I didn’t enjoy much with her so I stop seeing her.
