I think the weight distracted you... I had that feel too. You guys know that if you are depressed or not able to get sexually aroused, viagra or equivalent might not able to have its effect as well? Mental plays a big part.

Also, testosterone and other hormones will really increase when you exercise. During the gym closure, my penis function and sex drive dropped significantly and noted that I am relatively young with 10% body fat. I wasn't able to lift heavy and do long cardio.

After gym reopens, I started working out hard again, 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. I have a hard dick every morning, like no joke, sex with the gf that i got pre-gym reopen surprised her. I am sure that if I stopped working out, all these benefits will fade in six months.

多锻炼，尤其是腿部大肌群的力量训练，还有就是kegel训练

没事时用手指多做按摩，但不能太用力会伤着，趁硬的时候多给它左右摆动，还可以用手指轻弹几下，长此以往就可以训练硬度。
