Depends on the person doing the grading. I know some people are naturally picky or tough on marks. Anything below 7/10 is considered ugly.
In terms of giving grades, bros approach the 1-10 scale differently too. A related example I can think of is my highschool English teachers. Some of them will look at an "ok" paper and decide that since its "ok", 80% is deserved; another will look at the same "ok" paper and decide that since its just "ok", it deserves just a 50%. Same goes for bros when they grade an MM too. Some will give an average looking MM a 7, another would give a 5.
Objectively, 5/10 = 50% = passing (barely) mark. To me, 5/10 is the mark that the average person you see on the street would receive. If you randomly selected a group of people and lined them up from best to worst looking, the person in the middle of the line would be 5/10.
Here's my definition: 1-3 = ugly, 4 = slightly below average, 5 = average, 6 = slightly above average, 7-9 = attractive, 0&10 = theoretical limits that I have not met in real-life.
