Its been explained before. Its a the best compromise that is possible to arrange. Most advertisers absolutely insists on posting pics in their ads because pics work. Men are visual animals. But many of them can't post their real pics because they just aren't visually attractive and they know it. So its either let them post fake pics or they won't advertise here. This forum is a business and so a compromise has to be made. The forum owners are already super protective of consumers by forcing them to at least post a disclaimer if they use fake pics.
Its true white agencies are usually more honest and realistic. I guess its just a cultural difference in the way they conduct business.
Seriously, I've hunted in China, Hong Kong, Toronto, and other cities. Vast majority of Asian agencies and independents everywhere advertise with fake pics. And other review boards never ever does anything to protect consumers. Quite the opposite, most forums / review boards will help shill for their advertisers and "guarantee" that their advertisers' pics are real.
AZN747 is the only website that has take such a big step to fight for consumers. So you should really understand that we have a good thing going on here and not whine too much.
Since you know those pics aren't real, and not even useful for reference, then just ignore them. Treat the ad as if those pics weren't there. At least they have to give you a warning. Maybe that is still not enough for you but nothing is perfect bro. At least its better than allowing them to use fake pics while still writing "guaranteed 120% real" or "假一賠十" bullshit.
If some people are so desperate and dumb that even after the fake pic disclaimer they still get fooled, then they need to learn their lesson the hard way. |
