Absolutely not, it really comes down to your preference. As I get older I find that I need more personal time for myself in the session and 30 minutes is too short. Lately I start to only do 45 minutes or 60 minutes so I can have more of my own "me" time during a session. Like in the shower if I go see a white girl where I can shower alone. I don't like to feel rushed during the session either because nowadays that affects performance if you know what I mean.
For Asian places I still do 30 minutes because everything that can get done gets done within that time. Only with girls whom I enjoy the first time then I repeat for longer times after.
