As promised, here is the 2019 Hungarian F-1 GP Race Highlights:

Many renowned car racing reporters dubbed the duel between Hamilton and Max in the 2019 Hungary F-1 GP as the best of this century  (I missed that completely as explained in #92 above) for several reasons:

1.  Hamilton is the best F-1 driver today.
2.  Max is the up and coming young driver who might dethrone this reigning champ.  So, the challenger wants it now, but the champ will do all possible to fend him off.
3.  Max's team, the Red Bull, powered by Honda improved so much that it is racing MB on equal terms as can be seen from the Qualifying results and his win in Germany a week earlier.
4.  So it came down to tire strategy and which driver can deliver.  In fact, both driver did.  Hamilton made 3 pit stops and Max did two.  After the 3rd pit stop, Hamilton was 19" behind with only a handful of laps left.
Hamilton drove the race of his life as did Max and therefore put up a show that racing fans will never forget.

The 2019 Belgian F-1 GP will be held tomorrow.

Today's Qualifying Session produced top 4s starting grid position:

LeCler, Vettel, Hamilton, Bottas.

LeClerc won his first F-1 race in Belgium while another French driver perished the day before in a F-2 race.

Final result:  LeClerc, Hamilton, Bottas.

The MB  pit crew let Hamilton down because his pit time was 1" slower than LeClerc but he was only 0.7" behind LeClerc at the finish!  

Vettel finished fourth, but he won't be to stay in Ferrari for long as LeClerc proved that even as a new driver, he is faster than Vettel!

Max crashed out at the first corner!

The next event is the 2019 Italian F-1 GP this coming SUN (SEP08 2019).

Italians are the world's craziest motor racing fans, aside from soccer.   With LeClerc getting better and better, they yearn for a Ferrari win.  Although MB has the 2019 Drivers and Manufacturers title locked up, will not give up an inch, and don't forget Max, the other young star from Red Bull.

This year's Italian GP will be exciting and interesting!

As a fan of Ferrari and LeClerc, I hope he can keep giving Mercedes and Hamilton a challenge to keep F1 interesting.
