Can i also ask what is the Damage? The reason i asked is i suspect the keeper is trying to con me w ...
To my understand, the word scam means to deceive with fraudulent information or promises.
If she told you the price was 100 before you started, and then tried to charge you 200 at the end, then that is scam.
If she promised you a bodyslide, but all you got was a handjob, then that is a scam.
If you are simply unhappy with the price being too high, then that does not count as scam.
Even if they have the practice of starting with a high quote and negotiating down, and some people end up paying 140 while others pay 120, that is still not considered a scam. Some businesses lets customers haggle over prices (and usually sets a higher price in anticipation for it), while others have one fixed non-negotiable price. Its perfectly normal.
Anyways, the price for "you-know-what" is not fixed, since technically they aren't even going to admit that such service is available. Some girls with very high confidence in their own beauty may charge much much higher than $120 or even $140.
Lastly, with crazy inflation these days $200 for an average MM is quite normal (unfortunately) if we are talking about Dimsums. Anything less will get you a C9. Luckily we still have Kimchi which haven't gone up in pricing as much. |
