Has she recently shaved 5-8lbs ?   That would bring it to a closer representation to face pic. (With a Caveat FYI little make up used at time of booking).

If they have good reviews then you can find them by reading thru the existing reviews. Age is usually given within the reviews too. Don't be lazy and expect others to do your homework for you.
