This building is known as the "twin tower" to me as its clearly seen as one entrance two towers (and only two side by side) both with many independents and agencies doing the same business. I have been there many times and was only asked to sign in once because I was looking nervous (and I was nervous). Altho security guard is onsite 24x7, this is probably the easiest building to get around from signing in due to the amount of traffic they get. 50% of the time you can follow someone in without even buzzing.
I always wonder why keeper chooses these types of condo. Security is important but just get one with buzz code but no security guard on site. Don’t keeper worried about getting busted?
Tom sir, thank you! lol but sometimes they check for ID, not the twin tower but other buildings in Markham I went to do check ID.
Just like DD gor mention, park at Shoppers and walk across. The Shoppers lot is operated by Impark so as long as you pay them; no one cares why you parked there. Make sure you pay enough time as Impark checks this lots very frequency. I was late for 10 minutes and got a $46 ticket last week. Don’t save the two bucks. There is a greenp parking just north of the Shoppers one as well. I parked behind the twin tower once, didn’t bother with getting visitor permit and took the risk so I was shitty myself (about getting my car towed) while fucking. Getting the permit will require interaction with security guard which I try to refrain. You also need to provide the unit number. Do this a lot and you might get keeper busted. Some security will ask the name of the person you are visiting and match it against the name registered in their system. So I avoid interacting with them as much as possible.
Ice, I know you put "55xx" but please try to refrain doing that. We all know the building but don't want it to be so suspicious in search engines. The crime near that intersection recently has already got the area and busted. That could also explain the tightened up security measures. With C36 in place, some wolves are already worried. So lets not make the industry more exposed. |
