so u should dress accordingly.. try pink shirt, or baby blue tie, something like that. use gel for hair.
u should ask superstar, he is much younger than us.. he is having New york fries now, but will be back later.  see if he knows any young mms from his school.. and ask him about what 19 or 20 mms r into nowadays. so u don't experience generation gap... u need to find common topics like music, movies, drama show...etc u know

u got to start sometime.. trust me u r not alone. there are ppl out there like u, when was the last time u work out, exercise is very important, i stop exercising for 3 days, nothing feel right for me too. u wanna chat with young mms, go to just4u spa, only $80 for 90 mins, u can chat and get a nice massage.. they are not pretty, but young enough, average looking mms.. i used to chat with sandy for like 70 mins, and 20 mins happy ending action.. but this is not healthy..

ideally, u need to make some civilian female friends, u start by joining a club or volunteer or through work

i work out like minimum 5 days a week man , long distance running , Thai boxing .散打 ，

so u just need a girlfriend, go find one then, go find a nice civilian, lower ur expectation and starndard, find a nice girl.. face 6 body 6.. be realistic. u r NOT gonna find anyone like those 4 mms u sink boat before, forget about it.. find a average but nice girl. go out for movies, take a walk after dinner, dine out and just chat and laugh and enjoy the conversation.. u must have some civilians in ur life.. ask them out,

don't think, just do it. find a work-out partner, it really helps, make it so much better

i work out with sweetie, i jog with her as well.. it makes it less boring less repetitive. u can go longer.

i hate working out alone. i need to chat with someone during my breaks. so find a work out buddie in ur gym, preferably girl.
