Is this a special festival like China National Day week or Lunar new year week for JAPAN?'

No mm is available at all.
Kind of irrelevant as I need to reference to see a high price Japanese mm anyway.
Just out of curiosity.

Correction Ottawan.
mm works only 2 or 3 days a week.
Looks like they have one or 2 units for session.
So each day max number mm available is 2 or 3. But every one is PT.

Don't just think they all sit in room and wait for wolves to visit.

They are young and live regular lives. They can go out and have fun and spend time with friends and family.
