Most MMs regardless of age are pretty much numb from all the sex everyday, and whatever sexual excitement they show are purely acting skills.
Milfs may seem to have more sexual interest because they are more experienced and have better acting skills. Furthermore being older and less sought after, they must put forth the extra effort. Younger MMs are less experienced at faking it, and also being younger and more desirable, they may feel that they don't need to make that extra effort.
Of course what I have described is just a general rule and of course there are exceptions on both ends.
If we are just talking about women in general, I don't think there's a difference between men and women in their 20s cause most babies are born when their parents are in their 20s. And babies aren't easy to make sometimes
