Don't bother waste ur time. They have limited "options" that become available after u become 熟客, and the charge is much higher than those typical rub-n-tug spas, because they pretend to be a legit spa. Also the attendants r mostly C9.

Been there once. No good. Water in the whirlpool was not hot. The facility looks old and most of attendants are C9. Massage I got was so so. The only good thing with this place is that they have a steam room. I don't remember how much exactly they charged me last time. It's around 120-140 I suppose. Not worthy if you ask me.

However this is pretty much the only large scale HK style spa you can find in Toronto that still offers massages with some very limited mileage. All other big operations that provides extra were gone forever. I know there is still one other big HK spa up in Richmond Hill. But you won't be able to get anything other than pure massage over there.

yes, you cannot pay more than $60 tips to the MM. You cannot pay tips inside the room, only at the counter when you leave. You cannot bring any stuff like wallet, cell phone bag etc. to the room (to avoid you to bring money and rain coat to the room to have FS). Because the maximum tips is $60 only, so no MM is willing to do more than hj (no bbbj or FS if tips is only $60). And all the MMs are C9 anyway.
