Not much development in GTA area that I heard about.
Known as Sex trade (for money). Those sellers want it to be legalized.
The law says "SELL" must have a product/service. Thus the product/service can't be named "SEX"
The law says sellers must have a license. Thus, no licese allows to sell "SEX"
Police won't bother this kind of "trade" as they knew the court punishment are usually minimum. A young Korean girl I knew that she was caught by City officer (not police) that she hasn't had license being working in a massage parlor. She received a ticket and stood in front of the Judge. She just being sent home by signing a document that she must be back to school when the next school term begin. That is it.
Police are interested in guns, drugs, smuggling, fraud etc which had a clear "law" stated prohibited.
Our act of 召妓 won't be bothered by the police. Unless complaints received from neighborhood.
Our act of 召妓 would have been a problem in a commerical property that the business selling a product/service doesn't exist/allow. The City officer will come over, sometime together with the police. That cost you time/money but no jail.
