就我个人看法：我非常支持MW的VIP预约办法。我们平常经常光顾生意，有好菜当然应该优先考虑我们老客人。别的车行没有这样，一旦有好的妹妹，谁有兴趣等几天？再说keeper预约好几天，只是给自己找麻烦，又不是约不掉，只会增加工作量，有时客人又临时取消，有时妹妹又不上班，还要一个个去通知？

I suspect the more you send, the higher u move up on the totem pole. I called andy once and he knew how much I spent the past 52 weeks.

我相信MW的电话系统肯定能够直接反映客人情况，因为我每次打电话预约barbie，她们就告诉我说：你很好！可以约。所以我基本上想预约，都不会有问题。

they definitely have a log of all numbers and they have little remarks about us from girls.. mostly from the MW phone girl who knows most about us..
each booking is cataloged, and stored for financial reasons
new customers treated with certain protocols.. standard stuff really

Finally got a chance to meet Catherine yesterday. Message MW everyday since last Thursday and the lady told me don't message because they are taking phone call appointment first. So I started making phone call on Monday from 10 am until 1030 finally Andy pick up the call. So finally i can make an appointment for yesterday.
