I like the pioneering donation determination via GRAND OPENING SPECIAL routine, think started by VG Jason.

It lasts 2 or 3 days with kind of low ball rate, and if backed by popular demand either reviews or bookings, then it will be raised accordingly, or lowered if set incorrectly high.

Case in point, even other shops are following suit.  ASB and D4U etc.

After all mm came here to make some money, if too high, no demand, no money,  if too low, too much work, cannot handle anyway.  Pure supply and demand at play.
