A lot of you asked the same question, so I will pass on some pointers to you:
1. Don't force the issue even if DFK is listed on the menu. DFKs will be given if not forced upon the giver. By the same token, sometimes forced DFK will not be accepted by the receiver as well.
2. Personal hygiene. Would you like to DFK a MM with bad breath, a chain smoker, yellowish teeth, may be even with a piece of vegetable stuck between the teeth, or a 40+ y.o. C-9/auntie. I know I won't. Aside from age which we have no control, don't show up with any of the no-nos!
3. Full menu service, which includes DFK, is a "2-way street". Treat the MM like a girlfriend/lady and the MM will treat you like a boyfriend/gentleman. DFK is much more enjoyable if given with passion and involvement, otherwise, just buy a doll from an adult shop to serve the same purpose.
This 2-way street concept works in real life as well. Why do girls fall for so-so looking boys and not necessarily "tall-rich-handsome"? Think about it......
I always get my DFK, may be I practise/observe the above rules!
