多伦多地产 租房好的地区 ？

想请问下在多伦多地区，有哪些好的地区可以租房 交通发达 社区而且非常安全舒适.

比如我觉得humber college 附近不错，正在建地铁 环境也很舒适，离三条高速也很近。York 地区感觉有点拥挤了这些年，世嘉堡地区 离Downtown 办公和学校 有点太远，有时候能堵一个小时。

我觉得 Richmond hill这边不错，房租也适中 吃的都在hwy7上
