2013 what's your mm meal spend budget forecast?

Although last year sample size was small, directionally it seems like 72 % bros spent less and took a break. Did the major agents take a hit in the pocket book? Or did agentsbjust simply go after the gwailo market more aggressively?

Dr siu, Whilst I agree with you that the addiction is very difficult to stop like gambling, drugs and alcohol. There are several category of bros.

1)  blank cheque bros where money and budget is not an issue
2) Hobby is my life bros where every cent is spent on hobby after life expenses and no saving/investments and nothing to show other than nice hair, clothes and maybe a nice car. Living from Pay check to pay check.
3) Enlightened and reformed bros where they awakened and realize if they don't pull back on mm spending  it will be detrimental to their future due to personal life stage - family n children , marriage, etc
4) Random event bros where job loss or major debt incurred due to realestate bubble craze
5) Budget disciplined bros who try to stick to a controlled budget  mm spend
6).  Broke  bros who simply can't afford to hobby more than a few times per year

There are few bros in 1. Which bro are you? Dr Siu? :lol :lol

I am definitely spending less due to the very limited good quality supply.

By voting what better way collectively to send a message to the agents that you better improve quality or restructure pricing strategy or its going to directly hit you in the pocket book? The problem is most bros don't walk the talk. only talk the talk ? :lol

The gweilo major agent market has responded to increase competition and lower demand by ongoing pricing promos and value pricing strategy. This hasn't translated to Asian agent market? Why? I suspect 2 things 1) good quality Asian mm supply is constrained relative to demand. Asian bros feel have no choice but to pay current market rates. And gweilo share of the total demand mix is increasing offsetting Asian bro demand slippage?

I was told Vancouver is even worse .... a decent MM would charge $250MM and up.

Depends on the mm low end 600 to high end easily over 1000. 11pm- 8am varies depending on agent and girl.
