For those of you interested in using drugs / supplements yet no courage to try them out  here is my personal experience with them.
Background - I am trying out these stuff because I no longer has the kind of erection I used to have with all the problems that came with aging. I am reasonably fit and active so those of you who are overweight and do not exercise, take care of your body first will be important before trying out the stuff below.
1. Viagra
Of course it works but it is always a problem with the timing of this drug because you have to take it certain time before the deed.
If you failed to get laid within the time window ... it is not a pleasant experience.
Another issue with it is that after using it for a while, you will need higher dose eventually so keep that in mind.
2. Cialis
Personally I prefer C over V because you can take C daily and after several days of build up, you will be ready for action any time.
C also has certain properties improving your exercise ability so if you like to build muscle faster it helps. Body builders talk about it all the time.
Another advantage of daily intake of C is that it definitely reduce the refractory period somewhat.
3. All kinds of natural supplements
Everything under the sun, I have tried. I do not just take them and see if they work instantly. I usually try them over several weeks to see if it helps. The conclusion is that if you are buying these supplements hoping that your sexual performance will be boosted a lot, you will be disappointed if you think it will change everything overnight.
I learned this much later that it is actually long term damages in the older people like me that it takes time to repair the body as a whole to gain back our sexual functions like at our 20-30s. And to do that, we will have to take stack of these supplements in large quantity over time to see good results.
What do I mean by that? For example, taking black maca definitely helps with sexual performance, with the special characteristics of boosting the cum volume.
But if you go out to buy black maca in bulk, you need to take like a large tablespoon of 10:1 concentration powder everyday over a period of time to see the results. But that's just one supplement. And when you want to improve other areas of your sexual functions, you will need like at least 5-10 such ingredients.
In short, it is like taking Chinese herbal medicine to repair your sexual function. It takes a long time and quite troublesome. This is espcially true if you have a wife / partner and that they are questioning what you are doing. 
I also bite the bullet lately and bought some of those high-end supplements that contains a stack of these natural ingredients (20+) with very high concentration. So far it is the most convenient approach and after taking that for several weeks, I can only say holyshit.
The baseline before I started on this high-end product is that I can get an erection but lose it quickly and can't get hard again. It is that bad after I am off C for about a week.
In comparison, I can now last a long time (indefinitely?) and refractory period is down to like 10 mins. I can't tell if the other claims is true for the product I am using, like it can make you thicker, longer and much harder, since I have only used this for a short time.
Conclusion -
for quick results, C is the way to go, but it can't help you last longer.
for long term benefit, using natural supplements is way better, you can either go for the self-hacking way by trying out different supplements yourself to find the best combo, or, you can go for those pre-made high-concentration pills. the differences are mainly the cost and convenience.
