@kingkong123 boom spot on man, being reasonably healthy and fit goes a long way. I go to the gym 2-3 times a week definitely need to ramp up my numbers so I don’t melt in front of the computer sitting there for 10+ hours a day lol

I am glad to hear the stint has sorted it out and you have moved on.
For the topic, have met SP outside the shop. We have go out for coffee and catch some scenery by the park. Indeed most of SP prefer stay out from public with lots of people.
You got it bro, you're already going 2-3 a week. So atleast you are consistent which is the main key in fitness. Just keep at it man and learn to love it more and more. Habitualize it to the point where your body physically craves it and your mental state requires it.

Most of the girls I went out with did want to keep their identity less well known. Depends who. Not all really cared tbh, but most did. The ones who were really enjoying my company really didn't care. The others seemed a bit more attentive to making sure they aren't seen by other customers in public.
