我最开始是看 youtube 的视频才知道这个东西的存在。
我从去年秋天到现在用了也有小半年了（断断续续，没有严格按照他要求的一周五练）。
长度和硬度有明显进步，17 -> 18

yes, its similar to working out in the gym,
you only see result when you consistently work out,
you will lose your size if you stopped training
but gains are real
