China is a massive country with diverse culture, food and people. As more Chinese people immigrant to Canada, we are more likely to be exposed to different regional food from China. Previously, we are dominated by Cantonese, maybe Shanghainese cuisine, and bastardized Westernized Chinese food, but now the options are much diversed. With that said, what places have you guys tried that tasted good or authentic that you would recommend?
What places have good and authentic Beijing food? Dongbei? Sichuan? etc.
