Agree with the YMMV. I have read reviews where people received different services. Maybe it is time of day or something else. The website services are not reliable.

我也想找服务比Irean强的或者统一水准的。Irean的服务是非常consistent，就像你去吃麦丹劳的汉堡，每次都是同一个味道。没去过Spa，去之前也要打电话预约吗？
