Scarborough是不是都沒什麼資源了？

最近稍微注意了一下。發現好像很多店或是私做以前在Scarborough的好像最近都沒了？！？！
是發生什麼事情導致大家撤出Scarborough了嗎？！

现在大部分都在markham（HWY7/WARDEN)

有可能是Scarborough没有什么新的Condo,旧的Condo都是印度人住的

Scarborough现在是贫民窟了，一点想法都没有，影响心情。要么环境好要么交通方便，这地方两头不沾。

Scarborough is part of Toronto and during pandemic they have more restrictions than York region. Possibly some garages moved north to avoid these restrictions. There are still lots of spas in Scarborough.

It seems there are more and more spa in Markham now too. Spa is slower to migrate but it is just a matter of time. Hwy 7 can become the new Yonge
