好多兄弟想问更新过程，我好久不上这网站了，更新下给大家个参考。
坚持刚过两周，我就破戒了，撸了一发。。感觉快感比以前加倍了，有泄洪的感觉。后来坚持到第8周，没坚持到3个月满，因为中途破解了，觉得挑战没成功，毅力不足啊。

总结，欲望过强就去健身房，突然来了欲望在家就原地坐俯卧撑，平时多找事情做，必须找你自身感兴趣的，必须分散注意力，消耗你能量，这样注意力和体力耗掉，大脑就不想撸了。有人说长期不做爱或撸一发对身体不好，说的对，这就是为啥设定在90天的原因，如果谁坚持住了90天没破戒，人的精神气应该更好，惭愧我是没做到，当时就不想更新这帖了。

cannot last 3 days, biggest problem with taking a break is that you visit garage 2-3x as much after
