Smart decision to save rose.  Hopefully she could be fully 調教 in the near future but unfortunately, she is not a young meal anymore.  So I can conclude that MMs in the age between 25-29 should be the best.  Your ability condition is very similar to me and I think, only Kimchi can fully meet with our needs.
