just eat a lot of seafood, and take multi-vitamins every morning and get at least 8 hours of sleep, u can do MSOG in an hour.. for the seafood, don't cut corner, buy the fresh, good quality, don't buy those cheap frozen ones. i think viagra is for ppl who r older than 60, ask DD bro or Ceo wong or masiu, i doubt they take any viagra, and they eat fresh mms quite often considering their age.

I'm an old man now. Since the day I turned 30, I haven't been able to do MSOG in an hour anymore. Within 90 minutes no problem but within an hour no way. It's crazy how the body just completely changes after 30 -- and that was a long time ago for me.
